দশ বছরের এক মেধাবী পথশিশু মানিকের জীবন জয়ের অদম্য গল্প নিয়ে পূর্ণদৈর্ঘ্য শিশুতোষ চলচ্চিত্র ‘পাঠশালা’ নির্মাণ করেছেন নির্মাতা জুটি ফয়সাল রদ্দি ও আসিফ ইসলাম। এরই মধ্যে জার্মানি, কানাডা ও ভারতের বেশ কয়েকটি উৎসবে ছবিটির প্রদর্শনী হয়েছে।এবার বাংলাদেশে মুক্তি পেতে যাচ্ছে এই ছবিটি। আগামী ২০ নভেম্বর রাজধানীর বসুন্ধরা সিটির স্টার সিনেপ্লেক্সে ছবিটির প্রিমিয়ার অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এরপর ২৩ নভেম্বর থেকে ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রামসহ বিভিন্ন জেলা শহরে ছবিটির প্রদর্শনী হবে।নির্মাতা জানান, বন্ধুত্ব, প্রত্যাশা আর স্বপ্ন পূরণের টানটান গল্প পাঠশালা। দশ বছরের শিশু মানিক, জীবনের রূঢ় বাস্তবতায় শৈশবেই স্কুল ছাড়তে হয় তার। জীবিকার তাগিদে চলে আসে ঢাকা। কাজ নেয় একটা গাড়ির ওয়ার্কশপে। সেখানে সারাদিন খুঁটিনাটি কাজ, অমানুষিক পরিশ্রম, তবুও স্কুলে পড়ার স্বপ্ন ছাড়ে না মানিক। তার এই স্বপ্ন পূরণের লড়াইয়ে এ সময় এগিয়ে আসে আট বছরের আরেক শিশু চুমকি। বিনিময়ে মানিকও তাকে শেখায় ‘বস রনেজ্ঞাবি লাখে’ জাদুমন্ত্র, যা উল্টে দিলে হয় ‘সব বিজ্ঞানের খেলা’।ছবিটির মাধ্যমে সমাজে একটি বার্তা দিতে চান নির্মাতা। যার মূল শ্লোগান, ‘সব মানিকের জন্য স্কুল চাই’। ছবির টিকেট বিক্রি থেকে প্রাপ্ত অর্থের ১০ শতাংশ পথশিশুদের নিয়ে কাজ করা মাস্তুল ফাউন্ডেশনের তহবিলে জমা দেয়া হবে বলে জানা গেছে।‘পাঠশালা’ছবিতে ব্যবহৃত ‘একটা মজার দেশ’ শিরোনামের গানটির সঙ্গীতায়োজন করেছেন পৃথ্বীরাজ। ফয়সাল রদ্দির লেখা গানটি গেয়েছেন তুলি। ইতোমধ্যে গানটি অনলাইনে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।রেডমার্ক প্রোডাকশনের প্রযোজনায় ছবিটির কেন্দ্রীয় চরিত্রে অভিনয় করেছেন শিশুশিল্পী হাবিব আরিন্দা, চুমকির চরিত্রে ইমা আক্তার কথা। অন্যান্য চরিত্রে আছেন নাজমুল হুসেইন রাজু, ফারহানা মিঠু, রুমি হুদা, গাজী ফারুক, তৌফিকুল ইমন ও আমিরুল ইসলাম বাবু প্রমুখ।
